Our Story
How We Met
It all began at our church—where faith, friendship, and fate quietly intertwined. One day, Joy reached out to Jerome for a little help with something simple, not knowing that a single message would change everything. From that moment on, conversations flowed naturally, messages turned into laughter, and laughter slowly became something deeper. What started as a small act of kindness grew into a beautiful connection that neither of us expected—but both of us are endlessly grateful for.
Our Journey Together
Our story has been a journey filled with laughter, adventure, and countless moments that remind us how blessed we are to have found each other. We’ve wandered through stunning beaches, chased breathtaking sceneries, shared countless meals, and discovered the world one coffee cup at a time. Every destination, every sunset, and every quiet morning together has strengthened the bond we share—a love grounded in friendship, joy, and shared dreams.
The Proposal
On December 27, 2024, in the enchanting hills of Sapa, Vietnam, Jerome knelt down at Moana Café, a place that felt straight out of a dream. Surrounded by misty mountains, soft lights, and the cool mountain breeze, he asked Joy the question that would mark the beginning of forever. It was a moment filled with awe, tears, laughter, and love—one that captured everything our journey had been leading to. And, of course, she said “Yes”.
